Poor Customer Service
We submitted our claim in 11/2022 for our travel date in 11/2022. 90 days has passed. We didn't hear anything from them. Then we called to find out the status. After 90-day wait, they said the contract stated if we didn't confirm receipt of payment in 2021, we automatically forfeit the benefit of the following year. WTF...Ok...it's our fault not to reading the fine print in the contract but the customer service rep on the phone had very bad attitude.
User's recommendation: read the fine print if elected to purchase the flyback program.

Just another pissed off customer

- If they pay it takes forever
I would like to get my first claim paid and subsequent claims processed in a reasonable amount of time. If this can't happen, a full refund is in order.
No way or hard to register as a client
